Delivery & Returns
At Pro Body Nutrition, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery and a hassle-free returns process for all customers.
Please read the information below regarding shipping, delivery times, and returns.
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure your supplements arrive safely and on time.
UK Delivery
- Fast and reliable UK shipping, using trusted courier's such as Signed Royal Mail Service, DHL, DPD, and Evri.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and delivery location
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Please ensure all delivery information entered at checkout is correct to avoid delays.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Next Working Day Delivery:
Next working day tracked delivery is available on orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard Parcel Orders:
Orders under 100kg that are packed as standard parcels are typically dispatched on the same working day where possible.
Pallet & Bulk Orders:
Bulk orders, including pallet deliveries or orders containing delicate products, may require additional processing time and can take up to 2 - 3 working days to dispatch.
International Shipping
For all orders to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please email sales@probodynutrition.uk prior to placing your order to discuss shipping options, delivery times, and costs.
Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Pro Body Nutrition.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where applicable.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Payments must be made using the network specified. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that cryptocurrency is sent to the correct wallet address and via the correct network. We cannot be held responsible for payments sent to an incorrect wallet address, sent via an unsupported network, or otherwise transferred incorrectly by the customer.
The GBP value of the order will be determined at the time payment is received and confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.
Cryptocurrency Refunds: Where an order has been paid for using cryptocurrency, any refund will be based on the original GBP value of the order at the time of purchase. Pro Body Nutrition shall not be responsible for any gain, loss, or fluctuation in cryptocurrency value between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
